February 2012 LuxeBox ♥

I recieved my February LuxeBox in the mail today! As I'm sure you've noticed, the monthly deluxe sized sample subscription service seems to have become really popular lately. I signed up for both LuxeBox & GLYMM Box last month to test them out & compare them.

Firstly, I absolutely ADORE the personalized "Made for Amy" sticker. It's so cute and very personal, it makes you feel a little more special even though hundreds of other women are recieving the same kind of thing. This months box was sponsored by FLARE magazine and the box, usually black, was a bright and cheery red this month (in lieu of Valentine's perhaps?)

In this month's box I recieved a full sized China Glaze nail laquer in "Something Sweet," a sample of CHI Silk Infusion, a sample of the Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant, & an adorable sample of Nina Ricci "L'Air" purfume.

Seriously LuxeBox, you're feeding my nail polish addiction. I absolutely adore this colour, its a pastel baby pink, perfect for spring! I already own quite a few China Glaze nail polishes so I know that they're good quality! The CHI Silk Infusion is supposed to help strengthen your hair, add shine and softeness without weighing it down. I'm really excited to try this product out, my hair is colour treated and I torment it on a regular basis with heat styling tools. It holds up pretty well, but I've noticed lately its starting to look more damaged, so we'll test it out and see what happens! The next product was the Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant, its a powdered form, you add water to form a paste and apply in circular motions to help exfoliate and leave your skin smoother and brighter. Like I mentioned in my GLYMM box post, recently my skin has become more prone to breakouts and extremely oily. This is another product I'm really looking forward to testing out, I'll pretty much try anything lately if it might help calm my skin down. The last product in my box was the prettiest sample of the Nina Ricci L'Air perfume. It's a mini version of the full sized perfume bottle. According to the Nini Ricci website the perfume has freesia, honeysuckle, violet leaves, magnolia & jasmine elements to it. Its a very floral smelling perfume. I've yet to try it out, but from what I've caught a whiff of, I really do enjoy the scent!

Was it worth the $12 monthly subscription fee? Absolutely, without a doubt. I am thoroughly impressed with the contents of my box! Thank you very much LooseButton!

I'm so excited for next month!
